The paper was titled "The role of capital in an integrated value creation framework for individual financial planning businesses". Although her study focusses on financial planning businesses in general, it provides valuable insights to family businesses because many financial planning businesses are owned and managed by families or husband and wife teams. Mrs Palframan appears in the photograph with one of her co-authors Prof Shelley Farrington. Prof Elmarie Venter was the second co-author of the paper.
